Moved In

YEA! We are all moved in to our new house. Decorating is coming along slowly. There will be pictures in the next few weeks. We are so happy to be starting fresh and growing closer as a family.

Ok so I had to show you this picture because of my friend Addie's blog... She had a post saying thanks to the lawn guys for entertaining her boys once a week. We've never had a lawn service til the new house and here are my girls being entertained by our new lawn guys....

Twilight Fans

I love Twilight and really can't get enough of all the updates and stories being written about the movie that comes out in December. I know a ton of the true fans say oh I won't like it cause I don't like who they cast... However, has any movie based on a really great book been as good as the book? None that I've seen.


As Twilight the movie come out this is my take on it... I don't need the perfect movie version of the book because while I read Twilight and New Moon and Eclipse my own movie played in my head I dreamed about it almost nightly. So now with this movie coming out I get to see how a new group of people dreamt it, their version for me to watch. How cool will that be to see inside someones dreams and visions.

Summer fun in April

How cool is it that in Arizona you can do things in April like...

The girls and I got a great gift from Kevin last weekend...
So 3 times this week I have rode to the mall with the girls in their swimsuits. Getting to played on that water splash pad. What a fun time for all of us... They get to play outside, burn energy, and feel like it's summertime...

I get exercise, time to read my book, and not being seen in public wearing a suit! (mom's just sit on the side drinking their lemonade. What a BLAST!

Hope all of you are enjoying this amazing weather. I know in weeks it will be 100+ but it's fun while it lasts.

I wanted to tell everyone thanks for my wonderful birthday. All of my friends really made me feel so special. The Montoya family with my family made it a great evening... a night off of work, home cooked meal, a yummy ice cream cake, and amazing gifts. To my beautiful little girls for taking me to "Nim's Island" what a fun movie for our family! Big thanks to Monica, Loreal, Julie, Susan, Robert, Dave and my incredibly thoughtful husband (he planned it and surprised me) for so much fun on Saturday night. Thanks to my amazing volleyball friends Rennie, Harmony, and Heidi for a fun lunch and shopping.

I know It's a lot of going on and on but I am truly blessed in this life with the people who surround me. Thank you all so much!

Genie Please??

Ok so this is more of a random thought than and cute antic but it's my page so here it goes... I need a genie big time. Today I was just sitting here with a headache and my eyes hurt and things where just feeling blah (wah wah wah). So with a funny text to Kevin this post was born!


Oh Genie I know my 3 wishes at this moment please grant them to me.. One... an long nap in a dark and quiet room. Two... A small crew of maids at my beck and call. Three... A life time supply of ice cold Dr. Pepper (the lifesaver).


Of course my wishes might change from day to day hey even hour to hour. Could be a nanny or a pool or a night off of work but we all have our little wishes deep inside waiting for that happy blue Genie to come out of the pile of dirty dishes we are washing for the 3rd time that day.(maybe if I scrub them harder he'll appear).


Now to all my friends who are my Genies everyday granting me my wishes just with small acts of kindness thanks to you. Hope I can be your Genie someday too. (you know who you are). Thanks again.
