Intriguing facts??

So I am doing a tag today!
Things that aren't that important but you might want to know about me!

1.) I refuse to understand why people think Dr. Pepper and Mr. Pibb are the same drink. Dr. Pepper is Ginormously better tasting and better for you and that's just a fact!
2.) I love my children unconditionally, I'm in love with my husband and my heart breaks at the thought of him not being in my life. (so lets just not think about it, k?)
3.) There will never be a minivan in my garage... Even if we have 10 kids we'll just have to drive two cars everywhere.
4.) Over this pregnancy I have cruised though the Stephanie Plum books 6-12... I have got to say I couldn't make the choice between Morelli or Ranger either, two dark skinned buff dudes willing to risk their lives for hers. (That's HOT)
5.) In our house DC are not just some initials.. It is the holy grail of shoes, tees, coats, and beanies. Lined up at our door at night are 4 pairs of tennies, and 1 pair of snow boots, 3 hoodies and two coats on the hook. Also a new addition a big DC sticker in the back window of my UAV.
6.) There is no need to buy Shea toys... If McDonalds or Burger King continue to have toys in the kids meal I'm good! Shea can play and would prefer to play with those cheep pieces of $*!% over any store bought toy any day. Currently she has all but one "hotel dog" and they go everywhere in a tiny backpack with her (she also knows all their names)
7.) My husband and I have never shared a blanket (comforter) or top sheet our entire relationship. On our bed in only a fitted sheet, we have two blankets one for each of us. We don't fight over the covers and I sleep peacefully with my feet sticking out the bottom of my blanket. This is just how it is and has been since day one.
8.) I cry every time I watch "The Biggest Looser"
9.) I don't know my phone number (I never call myself)
10.) I can't bring myself to tell Shea that she wont be riding the school bus (her dream of being 5 crushed!) because we are .57 miles from the school (walking distance). So I might not tell her until the 1st day of school.
11.) I buy myself a new pillow every 2 months it must be puffy if it starts to dent to my head it's time for a new one.
12.) I love mineral eyeshadow and matching it to my days outfit.
13.) This is fun but I'm just not that interesting and can't think of any more tid bits.... Love ya for reading this anyway.

First time to Denver ZOO

We went to the Denver Zoo on our 70 degree day! It was a blast, I haven't been to the Denver zoo since I was 10 or so. It was fun to take the girls. They had a few different animals here that probable wouldn't make it in Phoenix.
I hope to go back soon with Kevin who has never been to the Denver zoo. We went with Kevin's Mom and sister Shannon... and fav cousin Kendyl

This is my fav picture, me and Ava it was so fun!
Plus the penguins you could see so close, really neat.

Kind of a weird story the about a polar bear... A goose landed in the pool for a minute, and BAM that polar bear reached up a claw and caught it. Took it to the corner right in front of us and started pulling the feathers off and eating it. Blood on his mouth and all. CRAZY right!!!????

more snow and big ol' belly

We got some more snow in Colorado... woke up on Monday to about 2 inches. Not a ton but always enough for a snowman! The girls couldn't wait to deck out in the snow pants, boots and gloves. This snowman was built by their hands only! no adult help what so ever... nice right?

So not a great picture but here is the belly with the beastly boy in it. The girls love to kiss it, and talk to it. This is by far the hardest pregnancy I've had... I had a hard night last night and while vomiting I managed to put a small tare in my abdominal muscle. "So no lifting and lots of help up and down the stair until the tare heals".... so says the doc. (Who hadn't seen this before but luckily her colleague had.) "take it easy!"
Yea with two kids two dogs stairs to both bathrooms and laundry, a job as a food server, and wife????

Baby Fever

I have got baby fever big time! Usually I can handle it when I'm pregnant knowing soon it will join us. This time I wish I could speed up the baking process! Every time I see a baby 3 months or younger I tell Dean "hurry up in there I need to hold and kiss you!"
It hasn't made it any easier that I've been scrap booking Ava's baby book. Every picture I crop and frame on a page make the fever flair up. This is Ava at about 3 weeks old. See why it's so hard to contain my need for that amazing baby smell and super soft skin against my cheek?

Sorry I'm not blogging about something exciting but this seems to be taking over my thoughts most days... dreams too!

Lots of stuff...

Yes I know it has been since Christmas that I posted and that one was even quick. Since Christmas Eve we have been going like crazy... all our family making up for the lost 7 years we wern't around I guess. We had a wonderful Christmas and New years. After christmas is Kevin's birthday then new years we have just now stopped to catch our breath.
Ok so girls are great and love me working so much cause they love all the babysitters.. (grandmas, aunts and great grandma). I worked a ton over the holidays and so did Kevin.

Lil' baby boy is good and active on the jungle gym we call mommy's tum tum.

I had a little scare at the beginning of Dec. After work one day I felt like I was having a heart attack so I went to the ER with Kevin and they had stock my heart by shocking it with so very painful medication... (I never thought I'd feel my own heart stop!) I was diagnosed with SVT (Supra ventricular Tachycardia) When I got to the hospital my heart was beating at 217 bpm.
I can control it with daily medication however it's not great for the baby so we are waiting til after Dean joins our family. The other bummer is maybe a pacemaker at age 35???
For those of you who I played volleyball with you may have remembered me complaining of chest pain a couple times.. That's what it was an SVT attack.

So there is an update on the family... we are all doing great and hope all of you enjoyed this season of love and giving.
