Ava's Birthday!

That's right our baby girl is 3 today! We had such a great time... she's at that age where she really knows what she wants and is 100% her own person all the time.

She loves little Einsteins so we had a family party and has little Einsteins cake and hats!


All she really wanted was a new princess dress. She wears her princess dress every where, to the grocery store, out to eat, even to the dr and park. I got tired of having to wash the same one over and over so we got her a new one... the umbrella was from grandma and it was a huge hit!


Tonight we took her Texas Roadhouse for dinner just us! She loved sitting on the saddle while they sang to her. YEEEE HAAAA!

She now has the same size feet as her big sis and need new shoes to fit... she loves her "sick DC's"

We had fun getting balloon animals. Ava got a kangaroo (this guy was really good)

Shea picked a blue lady bug! too cute

On Saturday and Sunday we send sun up to sun down outside I even sunburned my arms. Yesterday my mother-in-law took the girls to the park for about 3 hours. I woke up thismorning not feeling so hot and went to let the dogs out.... Look at what happened over night...
Yes that's right about 6 inches of snow on the ground and still snowing. Turn on the news to see and we are under a blizzard warning for the next 10 hours with winds and blowing snow up to 40mph. We are going to get 12 to 18 inches of snow before midnight tonight! NUTZ!

This is in front of our house and see our poor dog Olivia disappearing in the back yard?

what to do with myself?

So right now I can't sit.... can't stand... and can't lay down for more than about an hour. If I sit my belly is so compressed that it's hard to breath. If I stand or walk around (work) my feet swell to watermelons. If I lay down my limbs fall asleep... anyone have any suggestions?

So I got a great hair cut about 3 weeks ago... People would see me and say you are so tiny for 28 weeks you look great.... (visual aid #1 below)

And then about 2 days ago I popped out like a mad women and look at my hair it's all grown out!

Disney on Ice

I'm semi up and running now... last night we went to Disney on Ice. It was The Incredible's vs. Sindrom at Disneyland where Sindrom captures Micky and Minnie and The Incredible's must save the happiest place on earth!

We had a ton of fun and it was really nice to get out as a family and just enjoy a little time before we need to pack 2 tons of baby gear :)
